All good — we liked this award-winning hotel — the food was savoury and the staff were very professional. The venue's position was central. Really nice restaurant served vegetarian specialities.

Unparalleled service, the best and gorgeous breakfast with fresh juices included and delicious drinks, as for instance. Great and brilliant location near nice restaurants as El Kabron and touristic area. And a 15-minute walk from Bebek Bengil Nusa Dua.  

Overall clean, 1st class hotel with highly qualified staff and tastefully decorated rooms. A minibar, a sitting area, and a balcony in the room, best possible and top location.

Reasonably clean and top-class place. The rooms where the shower flooded. All the staff where ready to help. Picturesque and prime location - easy walk to Mengiat Beach. The restaurant was lovely, with very good 

This hotel is beautifully kept, has highly qualified employees despite the best efforts of the property staff. Its location was central, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Mengiat Beach. The area was very nice near the main garden 

Everything was perfect, stunning location next to Ja'Jan Bistro, many local restaurants, bars and shops and the beach at 11am, amicable staff. The unit we got was well-maintained with the bathroom, ice and the balcony. Loved the location 

The breakfast offered was marvellous and perfect with many options.

Its location is favourable and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. There's Genji Restaurant located very close to the hotel, recommend to try food there. The rooms are brand-new and nicely furnished, have down pillows.  

we were there for rest and had a really really nice stay. the breakfast was complimentary with good options for our vegan girlfriend, the food was outstanding. the location was amazing and perfect, at a moderate 

This hotel is incredibly beautiful and incredible, has polite employees with great service and lovely friendly staff.

Its secure, central location was a plus. It was 25 mins drive to the airport. We stayed in the double room which was brand-new.

The hotel was well-maintained in general, had responsive staff with prompt service. Central location really close to other beach front resorts, it was in a very nice area. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.  

Well-trained staff, complimentary breakfast, best possible location just off the city center, retail/ food/ restaurant and bar, and the south sightseeing area.

Villa accommodations offer exclusive privileges like buggy transfers and express check-in/check-out. Private villas have large dimensions and feature infinity pools and spacious pool decks. The backyard opens onto an exclusive "river" accessible only to villa guests.
